Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and TrendTada ("we", "us"). They cover trendtada.com and everything you buy there. By using the site, creating an account or paying, you accept these Terms. If you don't, please don't use TrendTada.

1. What TrendTada does

TrendTada is an online tool that turns your photos into short AI videos. You pick an effect, such as Hotel Lobby AI, AI Zombie or Bulin 47 AI, upload the photos it asks for, check the credit cost, then generate. Finished videos appear in History, where you can preview and download them for 30 days.

TrendTada is a digital service. Credits are added to your account right after a confirmed payment, and videos are delivered online. Every result is AI-generated and different. We don't guarantee a particular likeness, movement, sound, length of wait or that a result will match an example. TrendTada is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, song, platform or brand mentioned on the site, or by the makers of the AI models below.

AI models we use. TrendTada is an independent product built on third-party AI models:

Video: Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3.0. On some effects you can pick the video model in the generator.
Image: Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image), used only on some effects to prepare a pet photo before the video is made.

The available models can change; this list is updated when they do.

2. Your account

Give accurate account details, keep your login private and tell us at support@trendtada.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits, plans and payment

Prices first. The Pricing page lists every pack and plan with its price, billing cycle and credits. Checkout shows the final amount, including any tax, before you pay.
One-time credit packs are charged once. They don't renew and their credits don't expire.
Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Waffo Pancake, to charge the plan price to your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Yearly plans are billed once a year but credits are still issued monthly.
Subscription credits arrive monthly. Each batch is valid for 30 days and unused credits don't roll over.
Credit cost depends on the effect and settings you choose and is shown before you generate. Credits are not money, can't be transferred or cashed out, and don't buy a fixed number of videos.
Failed tasks. Credits are held when a task starts, spent when it succeeds and returned to your balance if it ends in failure.
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't renew; the current period is not refunded.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Payment processor. Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake handles checkout, payment, sales tax or VAT and receipts. Card details are entered with Waffo Pancake; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Your photos

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to you using their photo for this. Don't upload anyone else's photos without their consent. You keep your rights in your uploads. You let us store, process and send them to our service providers, including AI providers, only to create your videos, run History and support you. TrendTada does not train its own AI models on your uploads.

5. Content rules

Don't use TrendTada to create, upload or share:

Sexual, nude or other adult (NSFW) content, including nude, sexualized or intimate images of real people.
Violence or gore.
Hate speech, harassment or threats.
Anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children.
Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or false endorsements, such as making a real person, especially a public figure or celebrity, appear to say or do something in order to mislead people.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.

Also don't present AI videos as real footage, use them for fraud or spam, get around safety or billing checks, scrape the service, resell access or disrupt TrendTada.

How we check content. We write the prompt for each effect. On every effect, uploaded photos are screened automatically before generation, and photos that don't pass are not used. If you add an optional creative theme (up to 240 characters), it is screened before you are charged; a theme that doesn't pass is rejected and no credits are used. Some video models also run their own safety filter during generation. Automated checks can miss things, so we also review reports.

How we enforce this. We may refuse or cancel tasks, remove videos from History, and suspend or close accounts. We report illegal content to the authorities where required.

Reporting and appeals. To report a video or upload that breaks these rules, or to appeal a decision about your account, email support@trendtada.com with a link, task ID or screenshot. We review every report and reply by email.

6. Your videos

You may use videos you create for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you had the right to use the photos and follow these Terms and the law. This doesn't give you rights to third-party music, performances, trademarks or likenesses. AI output may contain errors and may not be unique or protected by copyright. You are responsible for how you share your videos and for labeling them as AI-generated where required.

Our software, brand and site content belong to us or our licensors.

7. Availability and disclaimers

TrendTada is provided "as is" and "as available". AI results vary, effects, settings and prices may change, and the service may pause for maintenance or provider issues. History is not a permanent archive, so download what you want to keep. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
