Privacy Policy

TrendTada (trendtada.com) turns photos you upload into short AI videos. This page explains which personal data that involves and what we do with it.

What we collect

Account: email, display name, avatar and sign-in records. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile with us.
Photos and videos: the photos you upload, the effect and settings you choose, finished videos and task status.
Purchases: plan, amount, currency, order, invoice and subscription IDs, and your credit balance, as confirmed by Waffo Pancake. Card details go to Waffo Pancake; we never receive your full card number.
Device and usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer or campaign tags, and actions such as upload, purchase, generate and download.
Support: emails and files you send us.

How we use it

Sign you in and run your account.
Create the videos you ask for and show them in History.
Take payments, add credits and handle refunds.
Answer support requests and look into failed tasks.
Prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms.
See which pages and effects people use, so we can improve them.
Meet tax, accounting and other legal duties.

We do this because we need it to provide the service you asked for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping TrendTada secure and useful, or because the law requires it. Where the law requires consent, for example for some analytics, we rely on consent. TrendTada does not train its own AI models on your photos, and we don't sell personal data.

Each provider gets only what it needs for its job:

AI model and content-safety providers: your photos, chosen settings and any creative theme, to screen them against our content rules and to generate the video with the models listed in our Terms.
Cloudflare: hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery and security.
Waffo Pancake: our Merchant of Record for checkout, subscriptions, tax, receipts and refunds. It processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
Google: Google sign-in if you use it, and Google Analytics when it is switched on.
Microsoft Clarity: interaction analytics and session replays when switched on. For signed-in visitors, this can be linked to your user ID and display name.
YouTube: only if you press play on an embedded video.

These providers handle data under their own terms and may process it outside your country. We may also share data when the law requires it or to stop fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

Drafts in your browser: photos and settings you pick before signing in or paying stay in your browser's storage for up to 24 hours after the last change, and are cleared when you sign out. They are not made public or sent to analytics.
Uploads and videos: kept so we can run the task and so you can preview and download results in History for 30 days. We delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to. Download anything you want to keep.
Deleting a task from History hides it and starts removing its files from our storage. Copies in backups, logs or at providers may remain for a while.
Your account: you can delete it in Settings → Security. We may keep purchase, credit and security records where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or disputes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@trendtada.com from your account email; we may need to confirm it's you. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Security and age

We use HTTPS, access controls and our providers' security tools, but no system is perfectly secure. TrendTada is not meant for children. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
